Learning objectives. General characteristics of course

Provide students with the knowledge required to understand the applications of mathematical methods and models in biophysics, biochemistry, and pharmacokinetics. Teach students to use mathematical methods in the analysis of measurement results and the interpretation of the changes of variables encountered in medical sciences.

Curricular contents

Powers and logarithms.
Elementary functions.
Derivatives of functions of one variable and several variables.
Extremes, total differential.
Indefinite, definite, and improper integrals.
Basic rules of integration.
Differential equations.
Applications of integration calculus.
